  • 2 oz Citrus Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz Baileys
  • Good Splash Lime Juice
  • Splash of Grenadine
Directions: Mix vodka, triple sec, and lime juice, in shaker. Strain into chilled martini glass. Add Baileys to center with bar spoon. Drop splash of grenadine on top in center of liquid.

  • Ingredients
Directions:
Baby Aspirin
  • 1/4 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce coconut rum
  • 1/4 ounce 151
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Cherry
Directions: Mix all ingredients in shaker. Pour into hurricane glass over ice. Garnish with cherry.
Alternate Recipe: Add 1/2 ounce banana liqueur to the above recipe.

  • 1.5 ounces of vodka
  • Pineapple juice
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • Lime wedge
Directions: Pour vodka over ice into rocks glass. Top with pineapple and a good splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with a lime.

  • 1.5 ounces Tequila
  • 1 ounce Blue Curacao
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • Splash of simple syrup
  • Lime Wedge
Directions: Mix tequila, blue curacao, lime juice, and simple syrup in shaker. Pour into margarita glass with a salted rim, over ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
Alternate Recipe: Replace lime juice and simple syrup with sweet and sour bar mix.
Blue Margarita
  • 1/3 ounce Coffee liqueur
  • 1/3 ounce Irish Cream
  • 1/3 ounce Orange liqueur
Directions: This is a layered drink. Pour coffee liqueur in bottom of shot glass. Slowly float irish cream on top for 2nd layer. Slowly float orange liqueur as your third and final layer.
