Are sodas provided in your packages for everyone?

Yes, we provide the amount of sodas needed, not only for mixers, but your whole group including kids.

What if none of your packages are what I want?

No worries, just call us and we'll custom quote and design your package.

What areas do you service?

Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, and limited areas in Northern Georgia. More areas are coming soon. For a breakdown visit our contact us page.

Do you serve frozen drinks?

Yes, we offer a choice of blender style or frozen drink machine service. Visit Bar Drinks for more information.

What does a BarBop custom designed cocktail upgrade include?

We custom create a cocktail for your event. The drink may have a custom fruit garnish for looks, fresh ingredients, edible treats on top, or a fancy mixing presentation. Each drink is made to order for that paticular event.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry a full two million dollar liquor and general liability insurance policy.

What attire do your bartenders arrive in?

Our bartenders dress to fit the occasion. We do events from black ties to polos. Standard wedding attire is a white tuxedo shirt, black bow tie and dress slacks. You can special request our attire at anytime.

Do you supply rentals?

Yes, we offer a huge variety of party and bar rentals. View categories below for more information. Our basic packages already include the bar equipment required for service, but you can upgrade wiht some of the following options.

What equipment do you bring for the bar?

We bring it all and this includes the kitchen sink. You bring the alcohol. If you can think of it, and it`s not alcohol, we bring it !!! A detailed list of what we bring is included in your free quote.

What if I buy kegs instead of bottled beer?

Make sure you tell us your using kegs and not bottles. There is NO extra charge, but we do need to bring the proper equipment. When purchasing your keg you DO NEED to rent the taps from your keg supplier. BarBop does not provide taps. For $40, we offer a keg delivery service. This means BarBop will pick up your kegs, provide the keg chillers, ice for kegs, and return them to supplier when finished.

Do you have a permit to serve alcohol?

Yes, the Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) is responsible for the regulation of alcoholic service in the state of Tennessee. Our bartenders all have valid ABC permits. In addition, we have the ServSafe designation from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF)

What is included in the alcohol transport option?

Alcohol transport is a flat $40. This includes pick up and return of your liquor and/or keg from the supplier. When transporting kegs it includes the ice and/or keg chillers at no additional charge.

How will I know what alcohols and how much of it to buy?

Most parties average 2-3 drinks per guest. We can supply an alcohol list with your free quote or by phone if needed.

What kind of glassware do I need if I want to pick my own?

If your event is beer and wine, the standard selections are one drinking and one wine glass style. If serving liquor add one rocks style to this. Always remember to add champagne flutes if you wish to do a toast!

Can you serve alcohol in my home?

Yes, a number of our jobs involve service inside a host's home.

What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit card, or personal check if recieved 10 days prior to your event date.

Is a deposit required?

Once payment is made, 20% is a non-refundable booking deposit. Within 10 days of your event 100% is non-refundable. Parties booked within 10 days of a date may be charged an addition fee.

Who should I make my check too, and where should I send it?

Payments should be paid to the local BarBop office providing you service. To find an office serving your area click here.

What if my party goes over the original time scheduled?

No problem! Keep in mind that adding time after we arrive will increase your hourly rate. So it's always best to add time before hand if you know you'll need it.
