We are hiring BAR EVENT MANAGERS
What an opportunity. Bar event managers are needed to help us expand. After a short 2 day training class with us at one of our locations you will be in charge of operations for our offsite bar events in your area.
We service fundraisers, house parties, and lots of weddings. We'll provide you with portable bars, equipment, local web site, and leads, to earn a lucrative part-time income while having more fun than other job on the planet.

*1 year of FULL BAR experience
*Drivers license
*State alcohol service permit, if required in your state
*Ability to lift 40lbs or more on occasion
*Winning personality
*Ability to work alone or with a team
*Dependable transportation to events
*Must be punctual
*Able to manage time well
*Ability to manage and recommend additional bartenders for hire at your location
BarBop can be a very financially rewarding opportunity for the right people. Our top bartenders averaged over $52 per hour last year. Our hourly starting pay is higher than many establishments, starting at 11.00 per hour as a bar captain and 8.35 as a regular bartender. This ofcourse is before tips. However, as an area manager you will also recieve a nice commission for every event booked in your sales territory.
We pay this much for two reasons. We want the best bartenders and we want them on the weekends.
About 95% of our jobs are on Saturdays. To be a regular bartender you can apply to work as your available, if you have another job. However, to be a captain or area manager you would need to be available to work, not all, but most weekends.
Typically, our captains and managers work other jobs Monday-Friday. When the weather is hot we are busy, but when it's cold we are slow.
